Quote follow-up for tradies

Plenty of quotes don't get a no. They just go quiet. Quote follow-up sends a polite nudge or two, with an easy way for the customer to book you in.

Why quotes go cold

You do the site visit, measure up, write the quote and send it. Then nothing. The customer isn't saying no. They're busy, they got a few quotes, or they meant to reply and forgot.

Chasing quotes is the job everyone puts off. It feels pushy, and at the end of a long day it's the last thing you want to do. The customer who would have said yes ends up booking whoever got back to them last.

How quote follow-up works

  1. New enquiries get an instant reply. When someone gets in touch, they hear back from your business straight away, so they know you've got their message.
  2. After you send a quote, one or two polite follow-ups go out. We set the timing with you, and the wording is friendly, not pushy.
  3. Saying yes is easy. Each follow-up includes your booking link. The customer can pick a free time for the job from your calendar, inside your working hours. Or they can reply with questions, and you call them.
  4. They get a confirmation text. The job shows in your calendar, and it can sync with Google Calendar if you like. Every follow-up includes an easy way to opt out.
